This allows them to provide specialized and targeted advice to help you find just the right candidate. Our approach is built around accumulating an in-depth knowledge of our clients and then using our contacts, technical expertise and first-hand sector experience to find solutions.
From the first moment that you contact us, we will start building a detailed picture of the type of person or people you are looking for. We will need to know about the experience and competencies you are looking for. We will also need other, broader answers so that we may pinpoint the more intangible qualities potential candidates will need to be the best fit for your organization.
Once we have a solid understanding of the ideal candidate, we will begin searching the market for potential candidates. Our existing networks will be utilized, along with an original search into the marketplace.
Once qualified candidates are identified, we will then interview prospective candidates, assessing them against the agreed specification and determining their suitability for the role. Upon completion of the initial interview, we will contact at least 2 of their most recent supervisory references. Assuming we feel confident after the reference check, we will then present them for your review.
After reviewing all submitted candidates, we will ask you to select your top selections. At this point, client interviews are arranged on your behalf. As the process continues, we will work with you to negotiate the final offer and ensure that both client and candidate are happy.
